Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients on my waiting list. I request 48 hours notice prior to cancelling and rescheduling appointments
Late cancellation fee is $25 per service.

I will do my best to work with you in case of emergencies, as I do understand that issues come up unexpectedly. This policy will not be enforced if you have been tested positive for COVID19 and need to cancel.
If you happen to be running late to your scheduled appointment, please notify me as
soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will do
my best to accommodate you. However, out of respect to all of my other guests with
scheduled appointments, I cannot guarantee the full service scheduled will be
performed and may result in rescheduling.
Service Re-do policy
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit via email, and I'd be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
Retail return policy
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with,
I will exchange your product for another product. Returns or
exchanges may be made for 10 days from your initial purchase.
